Bring the atmosphere of a historic German town to your project!
Based on a real architectural prototype from 1911, this modular asset pack allows you to build highly detailed neo-gothic structures in any configuration.
The set is designed with a "Lego-style" approach: first-floor modules feature classic brickwork, while upper floors and attics utilize traditional half-timbered (Fachwerk) styling. The versatile roofing system allows you to easily create T-shaped, X-shaped, and rectangular buildings of two different widths.

Key Features:
- Fully Modular: Pivot points are perfectly snapped to the grid, ensuring seamless alignment even when rotated by 90 or 180 degrees.
- Interior Ready: All modules are finished internally with matching materials. Includes tiled flooring for the ground floor and wooden planks for the second floor.
- Realism & Optimization: High-fidelity PBR textures paired with real-time optimized geometry. To maintain performance, roof tiles are rendered via textures with high-quality normal maps rather than heavy geometry.
- Includes Demo Scenes: The .blend file comes with 3 pre-built buildings (as seen in screenshots) for a quick start and reference.
Technical Specifications (for 35 unique modules):
- Element Count: 35 unique exterior and interior modules.
- Geometry (Total for 35 elements, excluding demo houses):
- Vertices: 21,995
- Edges: 43,101
- Faces: 21,678
Textures:
- Resolution: Mix of 2K and 4K.
- Type: PBR (Albedo, Normal, Roughness, Metallic).
- Method: Fully tiled (seamless) textures. No atlases used.
- Materials: 7 custom-tuned materials.
- Compatibility: Native .blend file ready for Cycles and Eevee.
- Units: Metric (Meters).
Important Notes:
- Aesthetic: Models feature a "Clean/New-Build" look (no dirt, wear, or decals yet).
- UV Mapping: Models utilize a single UV channel. A second channel (e.g., for Lightmaps) is not included.
- LODs & Collisions: Not included.
Roadmap:
- This is version 1.0. I plan to actively expand this kit with future updates, including:
- New exterior modules: fences, gates, annexes, alternative walls, and doors.
- Decorative props: chimneys, turrets, and street furniture.
- Additional interior elements.
