# Quick Start Guide: Modular Traditional House Pack

Thank you for purchasing this modular asset pack! Below is a quick overview of how to use the files effectively.

## 1. Package Structure
* .blend file (approx. 4 MB): Contains all the clean modular meshes with baked visual geometry.
* textures/ folder: Contains all seamless, high-resolution base textures (Diffuse, Normal, Roughness, AO maps) linked relatively to the main file.

## 2. How to Use in Blender
1. Open your main project file.
2. Go to File ➔ Append.
3. Select this pack's .blend file, navigate to the Collection (or Object) folder, and choose the modules you need.
4. Set your grid snapping step to 20 cm, 40 cm, or 80 cm for seamless, gap-free assembly.

## 3. Exporting to Game Engines (Unreal Engine / Unity)
* All pivot points are precisely aligned to the grid anchors.
* To export individual modules, select the desired meshes and go to File ➔ Export ➔ FBX (check "Selected Objects").
* Import the FBX files and the textures/ folder into your engine of choice; materials can be easily rebuilt using the provided texture maps.
