Import Steps
-
Blender: Open the
.blend. Textures resolve fromtextures/. If missing, use File → External Data → Find Missing Files and select the unzippedtextures/folder. - 3ds Max: Import the FBX with Bones + Skin enabled and check automatic units.
- Maya: Import the FBX and verify the rig in the Outliner. Reconnect Base Color and Normal maps if required.
- Cinema 4D: Merge the FBX and check the scale factor.
-
Unity: Add the FBX/GLB to
Assets. Set Rig → Animation Type to Humanoid or Generic, then assign Base Color and Normal maps. - Unreal Engine: Import FBX/GLB as a Skeletal Mesh and enable Import Normals. Build a material using Base Color + Normal.
-
glTF / Web: Load the
.glbdirectly in three.js, Babylon, or Godot. Textures are embedded.
Scale & Orientation
- Approximately 1.74 m tall
- Blender native: Z-up
- Origin is on the floor between the feet
- Character faces −Y in Blender
- OBJ exports Y-up
- FBX/GLB unit scale should be confirmed on import
Rig Description
- Full-body deform skeleton
- Facial controls for brows, eyes, jaw, and mouth
- Individually articulated finger bones
- 551 joints in the GLB skin, including deform and control bones
- Weight-painted skinning on body and garment meshes
- 0 animations
- No confirmed blendshapes in the glTF export
- Rig system, deform-bone count, IK/FK details, and possible
.blendshape keys should be verified against the source file

No Roughness, Metallic, AO, or ORM maps are included.
Known Issues / Notes
- Two
.blendfiles are included; master vs. backup should be verified. - No animations or LODs are included.
- STL is posed and multi-shell and is not a verified print-ready file.
- Cap emblem and badge artwork are decorative only.
- The control rig may not fully round-trip through FBX/GLB; the deform skeleton does.
- Exact poly, vertex, bone, and scale information should be verified against the downloaded files.
