What is Contour Generator?
Contour Generator creates elevation lines from any 3D geometry. Feed it a landscape mesh, building model, or equation surface — it extracts evenly-spaced contour lines that follow the height. Perfect for topographic maps, site analysis drawings, terrain visualization, and artistic line work. You control contour spacing and style (lines, dots, or filled regions).
What does "Equation Surface" actually do?
You write a mathematical equation (e.g., sin(x) * cos(y), sqrt(x**2 + y**2)) and the addon converts it into a 3D mesh in real-time. Adjust resolution, bounds, and the equation itself — the mesh updates instantly.
Which Blender versions does this work with?

Blender 4.2 and newer. The addon uses Blender's Extension system (introduced in 4.2), so earlier versions won't work.
