This is an addon for Blender that lets you automatically generate lip-synced data from audio tracks.  It can be used for both 2D and 3D animations.  Starting with version 1.1.0, Parrot uses the Allosaurus engine to approximate syllables and can be used with any language.  (Prior versions were word based and restricted to a small number of common languages - this is no longer the case).
