No. The inference helper and models are included and run locally. No separate Python installation is required.

This package is for Blender 5.2 on Apple Silicon Macs. The helper requires macOS 14 or later. Windows, Linux and Intel Macs are not supported.

Standard MIDI format 0 or 1, up to 120 seconds, 2,000 playable notes and 2 MiB. A clean piano part works best. Tempo changes, note velocity and sustain CC64 are read.

No. The GIF and trajectory images show an existing source animation for reference. Neither that animation nor its music is in the download. The included example MIDI contains notes only.

Yes. Generation creates a separate Blender scene with editable Actions. Save your Blender project to keep the result. The add-on does not replace earlier scenes.

Arbitrary-rig retargeting is not supported. Each generation starts from the supplied studio; custom changes to an earlier studio are not transferred automatically.

No. Generated hand and body motion may need manual edits. Large leaps, rapid repetitions and difficult chords are known limitations. Final visual and installation acceptance for the current archive is incomplete.

Use Cancel Generation if needed. Find Piano Motion — Last Error in the Blender Text Editor and send the report through Superhive. Existing scenes are kept after failure or cancellation.

The add-on and inference software use GPL-3.0-or-later. Bundled non-code studio assets, textures, rig data, learned model weights and inference resources use the Superhive Standard Royalty Free License. Third-party software retains its own licenses. The extensionless license files in the download identify each scope.
