    Paid for the content and a bunch of textures in this project are locked behind paywall on the hosting website asking you to pay again.

      Hello, the tutorial is almost 4 years old, it is possible that some links no longer work. I recommend that you look for replacement textures, it doesn't matter which site they are from, I recommend ambientcg.com
