  I've used a number of time measurement add-ons in the past, but this one was the closest to what I was looking for.
  Other time measurement add-ons mainly measured the total time Blender was open. Even if you thought, "I'll just surf the web for a bit of fun...I'll take a break...", many of them continued to measure that time as long as Blender was open.
  However, this add-on only measures purely work done in Blender.
  And what's great is that in addition to work done in the 3D View, it also records the breakdown for each editor, such as the Node Editor and UV Editor!
  It also records how many times you undid and how many times you saved.
  The developer also responds very quickly to inquiries.
  I'm looking forward to future updates!
