The product includes a blender file that contains 6 assets that are marked as assets for asset browser. Out of 6 assets, 3 are procedural (walls, ceiling, and floor). Each of the assets offers a large number of options (more than 30 options) with which you can create a Backrooms scene just by simply playing with the sliders.
