Why does my building move back after rebuilding?
Rebuilds preserve the object's location. If the building jumps to a different position, you may have clicked Create New, which creates a fresh building at the 3D cursor.
Why is the building so heavy in the viewport?
Try reducing the number of floors or increasing the Bay Width. A large number of floors combined with narrow bays can generate many windows, increasing the building's geometry.
Nothing changes when I move a slider. What should I do?

Check that Live Update is switched on at the top of the panel. If it is off, click the refresh button next to it to apply your changes.
