  I can see this becoming an incredibly powerful tool for retopology in the future, and cannot wait for more updates. As of now, however, the addon is quite unstable, and it makes Blender crash quite a lot when attempting to draw over highpoly meshes, to the point where it is almost unusable in it’s current state. Another feature that is sorely missed is symmetry support, as that is a feature that is essential for a lot of models being retopologized. Barring that, I do like this addon quite a lot as I can see it speeding up retopology a ton, thus the high rating.

  Thanks for the review! For now, I recommend decimating your model before running Quadwrap, that will increase the performance. As for symmetry I have added support for that a couple days ago. I send out all updates, let me know if you didn't receive it!

  I bought it.

  Probably a very useful add-on, but I'm a beginner and I'm still not good at it.

  I would be happy if you could make a tutorial video if possible.
