Q: Can I change the shortcut? Shift+Q conflicts with something I already use.
A: Yes. Go to Edit > Preferences > Keymap and search for "Radial Studio" (or "rs_radial_menu") to rebind it to any key you like.
Q: Does this work in Sculpt Mode?
A: No. Radial Studio is built for Edit Mode polygon modeling (Inset, Bevel, Extrude, and similar tools). It does not add sculpting brushes.
