  This is great value, even just as an asset pack- but it's not, it's also a procedural building creator. Pick your style of building, then adjust the dimensions and amount of floors to your liking and it even arranges the rooftop details to fit, all textured and ready to render. Great stuff!

  I feel kind of like a criminal, stealing this collection for $20. Very nicely modeled and textured. Seriously, you won't find better bang-for-the-buck anywhere. The only thing I would personally love is if the scene used in the demo video were included, but really, what more can you ask for...just get this!

  This is a great product with reasonable value! There's a good amount of assets to build a city scene, but I do have some feedback; the materials on the buildings do look a bit unrealistic closer up and one of the buildings have some strange teal colors which would be unusual, and I think the default materials and colors should be more common and better fitting in most scenes. Also, the controls for the sidewalks around the buildings are a bit restrictive since each individual building always has its own corners and doesn't flow well with other buildings at the sidewalk area by default. Other than that, this is a promising product!
