RMW: A COMPLETE 3D CAR MODEL
FOR DESTRUCTION SIMULATIONS

Built from scratch SPECIFICALLY for car destruction.
Great balance between photorealism, performance, and versatility.
“WHY SHOULD I BUY THIS CAR?”
There are millions of 3D car models out there, but it is difficult to use most of them for destruction simulations. The reasons include missing internal components, excessive polygon counts, problematic shaders, limited software compatibility, and restrictive licenses.
That is why I decided to BUILD THIS CAR ENTIRELY FROM SCRATCH SPECIFICALLY FOR DESTRUCTION PURPOSES.
My goal was to create A GREAT ASSET FOR CAR DESTRUCTION: a completely original model with internal components, highly optimized geometry, detailed textures, compatibility with major 3D software, and a few more surprises.
Here and on the documentation page, you can read about all the benefits and limitations. Please read all the information before purchasing.
COMPLETE WITH ALL MAIN PARTS
The RMW also includes an interior, an engine, an underbody, and internal structures. You can open up the car completely and separate its main parts to reveal additional components underneath.
If a fender comes off, you will see the structure behind it. If the roof comes off, you will see the internal structure of the cabin, and so on.
LOCALIZED DAMAGE TEXTURES
Dynamically show scratches where and when needed.

Some special shader settings let you customize the look of the car, turn the lights on or off, and more.

These shader features are available exclusively in the Blender version. The export version is baked only in black, without damage (you can replace the shaders if you want).
HIGHLY OPTIMIZED
I started building this RMW with a clear goal: to make it practical to use on a wide range of computers while still delivering a photorealistic look. Most complete car models available online (with interiors, engines, and other components) have very high polygon counts, requiring high-end PCs and resulting in longer processing times.
That’s why I made this 3D model with only 116,852 vertices, including its internal components. This is an excellent, efficient vertex count for a complete model.
Its mid-poly geometry keeps the vertex count manageable while preserving smooth curves and a detailed appearance.
You get a complete car designed for destruction, with careful attention to both performance and visual quality.
[NOTE: This package includes the 3D car model and its textures. No destruction simulation is included.]
CHOOSE THE QUALITY YOU WANT
4 texture resolutions included
The textures are provided in 512, 1K, 2K, and 4K resolutions. Choose the set that suits your hardware and your shot. Texture resolution can make a substantial difference to GPU memory usage.
Optional subdivision
For close-up shots, you can add a subdivision modifier to the parts that need smoother geometry whenever you want.
Note: see the technical notes on the documentation page for the exact subdivision settings to use.
PHOTOREALISTIC GEOMETRY AND TEXTURES
Designed to look good even without an additional Subdivision Surface modifier. For closer shots, you can add subdivision wherever you need it.
I intentionally gave the car a slightly dirty, scratched appearance. It is designed for action shots, so it comes with some wear and character.
Certain components are artistic interpretations of real-world designs rather than exact engineering replicas. This choice allowed me to drastically reduce the amount of geometry needed.
The brand name and logo are fictional and inspired by existing ones.
The engine is made mainly from a 3D scan of my car’s engine, with additional custom parts.
“CAN I USE IT IN OTHER 3D SOFTWARE?”
Yes, the package includes multiple native file formats, and I have tested the 3D model in all major 3D applications.
Be sure to read the documentation page for detailed instructions covering each use case. Each application requires a specific import workflow to avoid issues.
“CAN I CREATE A CAR DESTRUCTION SIMULATION WITH THE SMASHIFY ADDON AND EXPORT IT TO UNREAL ENGINE?”
Yes, provided the destruction simulation is created with the Smashify addon for Blender (not included with the car-only purchase). In fact, Smashify was designed from the ground up to produce files that can be exported to all major 3D applications.

I’ve prepared this 3D model so that, with the Smashify addon, you can export a destruction simulation to 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Houdini, and Unreal Engine without issues.
The Smashify addon also includes the Importer plugin for Unreal Engine: click one button, and it handles the rest. The other 3D applications listed do not require additional plugins.
Read the documentation page carefully if you plan to import or export the car.
“BUT IF I DON’T HAVE THE SMASHIFY ADDON, CAN I STILL USE IT IN ANY SOFTWARE?”
Yes. For this use case, you must use the appropriate native file format provided in the package. Please read the documentation page carefully for the correct import instructions.

CAN I USE IT FOR COMMERCIAL PROJECTS?
Yes. You can use this model and its included textures in commercials, feature films, videos, and other commercial projects under Superhive’s Standard Royalty Free License.
You can sell the renders and videos you create with it.
You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the model or its textures without my explicit permission. This restriction also applies to sharing them for free.
Please refer to the full license for all terms.
