Yes, all debris piles as well as the 3 tileable materials can be rendered in both Cycles and EEVEE.
Which texture maps and resolutions are included?

The product includes 1K, 2K, and 4K TGA texture sets. Depending on the asset, the PBR textures include Base Color, Roughness, Normal, Ambient Occlusion, and ORM maps. The included Blender file is packed with the 4K textures.

What is included in the 11 Asset Library entries?

The Remote Asset Library includes eight rubble pile Objects named Debris 01 through Debris 08 and three tileable Materials named Concrete Debris 01 through Concrete Debris 03.
