SciFi Industrial Modular Kit - Corridors, Cargo Bay & Props

DreamSfx in Architecture

Which formats are included?

FBX (one per piece, LOD0 with UCX_ collision, plus _LOD1 and _LOD2), GLB with embedded textures, three Cinema 4D-ready FBX scenes, and the source Blender scene with fully editable procedural materials. A piece_list.csv lists every piece with its size, triangle counts and texture size.

Is the generator included?

Yes. The Blender generator add-on is part of the package: pick corridor, room, curved corridor, T junction or hangar, press Build, and it assembles these same pieces into a finished environment - walls, corners, doors, lights and scattered props. Change the seed for a different layout; the same seed always rebuilds the same one, and everything stays editable in its own collection.

Do the pieces really snap together with no gaps?

Yes. Everything is built on a strict 4 m grid with a 1 m sub-grid, and every wall carries the same kick beam, top beam with light strip, half pillars and pipe run - so any wall snaps to any other wall, and two neighbouring half pillars form one full pillar. Walls face -Y; rotate 90 degrees for side walls.

Do I get LODs and collision?

Yes. About 548,000 triangles at LOD0 across the 48 meshes, with LOD1 at about 50% and LOD2 at about 20% included as separate files. UCX_ collision meshes are included and import automatically in Unreal Engine.

How do the materials work in Unreal, Unity and Cinema 4D?

Textures are Unreal-style ORM: R = Ambient Occlusion, G = Roughness, B = Metallic. Unreal: import with Combine Meshes off, and set ORM and Normal to sRGB off. Unity URP: use the ORM blue channel as metallic and invert green for smoothness. Cinema 4D: connect ORM green to Roughness and blue to Metalness. In Godot and on the web, just use the GLB.

Can I animate the doors and the fan?

The personnel door leaves slide 0.95 m into the wall pocket, the cargo leaves slide 1.90 m on their rail in front of the wall, and the fan rotor spins on its centre pivot. The meshes are exported static: drive them from your engine, or use the Blender scene where the motion is already keyed.

Can I use it in commercial projects?

Yes. It is licensed for use in your own projects, including commercial and client work. Redistributing the raw files as a competing asset pack is not permitted.
