The generated mesh has no UV map. The included materials use box (triplanar) projection, so no UVs are needed in Blender. For game export, apply the modifier and auto-unwrap with Smart UV Project.
Yes – duplicate the object (Alt+D) and change the Seed on each copy, or use collection instances. Lower Micro Detail and Modules for background buildings to keep the scene light.
