Set Exact Edge Length

Why don't I see the "Set Edge Length" or "Set Edge Angle" options when I right-click?

The tool is context-sensitive to keep your right-click menu clean. "Set Edge Length" will only appear if you have exactly one edge selected. "Set Edge Angle" will only appear if you have exactly two touching edges selected. If you have nothing selected, or an entire face selected, the options will not show up.
