  The only add-on that works with AccuRig rigged characters:

  1-Go to Pose Mode, change from "Pose Position" to "Rest Position"
  2-Import the mesh that have the Shape Keys, that one before you use AccuRig to Rig
  3-Put the meshes exactly on top of each other, using Set Origin and 'Shift + S' wheel menu
  4-Use an add-on to transfer the Shape Keys. Check on source only the Shape Keys you want, uncheck Basis of the Source.
