The sun was not found, or the wrong light was picked

Open the Light tab and click Find the Sun Anyway or Not a Sun, or use Aim to point the sun yourself. Your choice is saved with the HDRI in the library.

Does Sol change my HDRI files?

No. The sun-free copy, the thumbnail and the analysis are kept in the library folder. Your originals stay where they are, unless you choose to copy them into the library.

Does it work in EEVEE?

Yes. The sun light, the sun-free HDRI and the ground projection work in Cycles and EEVEE. Cloud shadows need Cycles.

Which HDRI formats are supported?

EXR and HDR. Sol can store HDR files as compressed EXR to save space.

Can I buy Sol for a team?

Yes. Each licence is for one artist, so pick the number of seats at checkout. All 1.x updates are included.
