Installation
INSTALL
1.In Blender: Edit → Preferences → Add-ons → Install
2.Select the downloaded .zip file
3.Search "Solo" and enable the checkbox
4.You're ready. The shortcuts are active immediately
Usage
How it works.
Push into isolation
Select objects (or mesh elements in Edit mode) and press Shift + I to isolate them. Press again on a sub-selection to push a level deeper.
Step back out
Shift + Alt + I pops one isolation level at a time. Double-tap Shift + I to reset all the way out instantly.
Ghost mode
Ctrl + Alt + I toggles wireframe display of non-isolated objects, so you keep spatial context while staying focused.
Shortcuts
Shortcuts can be remapped in Blender's keymap preferences.
Global Settings
In the addon preferences.
Edit → Preferences → Add-ons → Solo to adjust these.
Show HUD
Displays the current isolation level on screen so you always know how deep you are.
Auto-Frame
Automatically zooms to the selection when you isolate, keeping it centered in the view.
Isolate Render
Also hides non-isolated objects from the render, not just the viewport.
