Stairs Generator Geometry Nodes
Parameter Breakdown
Stack_Length Defines the staircase’s horizontal extent. Increasing this value generates additional instances along the primary axis.
Stack_Height Controls the vertical distribution of the steps. The system automatically interpolates step placement based on this height.
Instances_Gap Sets the inter‑step spacing. This parameter directly affects the density and rhythm of the staircase.
Rand_Min / Rand_Max Specify the lower and upper bounds for procedural variation applied to each instance.
Rand_Seed Randomization seed controlling the distribution pattern while preserving the defined range.
Instance_Number Determines the total number of step instances generated by the system.
X / Z Axis‑based positional offsets or deformations applied to each instance, enabling curved, shifted, or organically distorted stair shapes.
Rotation_Effect Applies a per‑instance random rotation around the Z axis, ideal for creating irregular, damaged, or twisted stair formations.
Step_Position Controls the relative placement of each step along the staircase, affecting spacing, progression, and overall flow.
Damage_Activator Enables the procedural damage subsystem.
Effect_Strength 1 / 2 / 3 Three independent damage layers applied based on the instance row, allowing fine‑grained control over deformation, wear, and structural irregularities.
