Can I use my own grass textures?
Yes — assign up to 4 of your own masks white silhouettes on black, or transparent PNGs.
You can also assign your own colored ground noise texture.
Is it Optimized?
It's optimized and supports distant LOD / Viewport Density and so on. wind is based on geometry nodes, not simulation. (tested on non-GPU mini PC (Ryzen 3 5350GE) and it worked fine.
Will you keep it updated for new Blender releases?
Yes.
Does it work with Cycles?
Grass Painter is designed for EEVEE and stylized/NPR looks. Cycles is not supported.
Which Blender versions are supported?
Tested on real machines with 4.5, 5.1. 5.2, Designed for 4.5+
