Why does the Full Kitchen Collection contain 44 models while the Asset Browser shows 46 entries?
The Asset Browser groups all of the kitchen knives and the knife block into a single collection asset. The Browser version also includes individual assets for both the cupboard and cabinet color variations. While both versions include the same assets, because they are organized differently, the numbers turn out to be different.
Which PBR maps and texture resolutions are included?

All models are UV-mapped. Their materials use Base Color, Roughness, Normal, ORM, and Metallic maps where applicable. TGA textures are included at 1K, 2K, and 4K resolutions, while the .blend file is packed with 2K textures. Many appliances and cupboards also include additional color variations
