Subway Station Modular Pack - Stylized PBR Kit for Blender, FBX, GLB & UE5
What's included in the pack?
40 unique modular assets and 25 PBR texture sets (2048x2048) — walls, ceiling tiles, floor tiles, stairs, ticket terminals, signage and props. You also get the native Blender file with Asset Browser catalogs, GLB (centered + preview), 41 FBX files, 133 texture maps and a ready-to-use Unreal Engine 5 project.
Which software and versions are supported?
The pack is built in Blender and ships as a native .blend with Asset Browser catalogs, plus FBX, GLB and a ready-to-use Unreal Engine 5 project — so it works in Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity and anything that reads FBX or GLB. Check the Software Info on the product page for the exact Blender versions tested.
Are the assets modular and grid-snapping?
Yes. Every item is a standalone prop built to a modular grid, so walls, floors, ceilings and props line up cleanly and you can build your own station layouts quickly.
What texture maps and resolution are included?
Each set includes BaseColor, Roughness, Metallic, Normal and AO maps at 2048x2048, plus 8 emissive sets for lit signage and screens — 133 texture files in total across 25 PBR sets.
Are the models game-ready and optimised?
Yes — clean topology, low-poly, consistent SM_3DT naming and grid-snapping modularity, so they drop straight into a game engine.
Who made the pack?
It was created by Oguzhan as part of the 3D Tudor Starving Artist Campaign, following his previous Military Outpost pack.
