Tips
- The underwater look of the pictures (teal fog and caustic light from above) is lighting, not part of the add-on: a big cube with a Principled Volume (teal, density about 0.04) and a spot light with a Voronoi pattern give the same mood.
- Barnacle Size sets the biggest ones; colonies mix small and big automatically.
- Turn Sway to 0 for still renders of long animations if playback gets slow.
Good to know
- Seaweed sway follows the scene time, so the modifier updates on every frame during playback.
- Barnacles avoid surfaces facing straight up (the silt covers them); use the sides for colonies.
- Creatures are light instances; the seaweed is real geometry (lower Amount on huge areas).
- Curves and text get the material layers only; the sea life needs a mesh.
