Surface chain is a Blender add-on designed to quickly generate chains of various styles on the surface of objects with simple clicks.

A chain can be established across the surfaces of multiple objects and you can choose any preset pattern to customize the chain:

The points will move along the surface of the object without worrying about misalignment. Right-clicking a point will delete it. The elements will be rearranged:

Change "offset" to make small adjustments of the position. Adjust "space" and "size" to control the distance and size of the chain elements.
