The model consists of many separate parts and an armature setup. When using the rig to animate, viewport performance may be slower depending on your hardware. For smoother navigation, you can temporarily hide the armature or switch to bounding box display mode while positioning the model.

Make sure the texture paths are correctly linked in Blender. If textures appear missing, simply reassign them manually. They’re named clearly and correspond to their materials. An easy trick to quickly relink all materials is to search (F3) for the option "Find Missing Files" and navigate to the folder containing the textures.
