The panel does not appear when I open the file. What should I do?
Blender blocks Python scripts inside downloaded .blend files. Click Allow Execution in the banner at the top right of the viewport, or open the Text Editor (Shift+F11), select typewriter_screen.py and press Run Script (Alt+P). The tool then registers and the panel appears.
