  Hi. Sorry to hear about your issues. A pink color means that the textures are missing. The .blend files have embedded textures, so there shouldn't be any problem. But if you are importing the .fbx or .obj file, it is necessary to use the textures provided in the Textures.zip file and manually adjust materials if necessary.
