  Great addon. Only thing I am struggling with is the night lights for cars. Selecting the option mentioned in tutorial changes nothing and they remain spotlights.

  This is for the most part a great addon, but be aware of a few things.
  When it works, it looks good. Yet I'm not used to flat terrain, and even for a city large flat areas look unnatural. But this addon can't handle sloped terrain too well. The buildings get skewed and the road is left at the bottom of the area so it looks like buildings, cars and whatnot is floating.
  I would also be happy if I could import cars rigged with the ubiquitous rigacar system into this system. There's only one car included. and while its colour varies I would like to have a variation of them. Yet all the cars I have in storage are rigged with rigacar and converting them to one single object like this addon seems to need is a piece of work.

  If this could work it would be an easy five stars, but it seems there's always something to pick on.

  I really like this city addon. Would be great to see an option to have more than one building on a block. I really like the detail level of the windows and such.

  The fidelity of the models and ease of use of this addon is incredible, it just works! The only problem I have with it is the performance issues compared to the tutorial. I have a 14th-gen i7, 3060ti, and 32GB of memory and even with the default city scene Blender was crashing every couple minutes and I struggled to get into the rendered viewport preview without it either instantly crashing or crashing when I started to move the camera. I eventually got a render with a scene ~4x the default when you click "import", but it took a couple hours and a lot of saving the project lol.

  If this improves with future updates or I'm missing something, I'll update my review, but as it stands this is VERY close to a five star addon.

  I think addon has a problem with traffic - cars behave abnormally and may stuck for no reason. Sometimes car drive thought another car and etc.

  The functionality is very good!
  However, in my PC environment, it became very heavy after 5-6 buildings or more.
  It is often so heavy that I cannot discern whether the settings are being reflected or stopped.
  I would like to see some basic documentation on recommended environments, how it works, etc.
  Very much looking forward to the next update.

  2 days after I bought the personnal license, the price of Commercial License is the same. That give me the possibility to react. Event if I have a good computer I will expect to have optimization in the futur because. Right now it's not possible to do anything (I am noob and often My computer frozen). Btw the work is huge and I am sure the next version will be better. Because the price drop as soon as i bought I put 3 stars. I never leave feedboak to addon usualy.

  Hi Fred,
  This was not a price drop. I set the product versions to be upgradable so that you don’t have to pay the full price if you already bought a cheaper version. The prices are still the same; it just shows you the new upgrade price since you purchased the personal license.

  I wanted to love this, and I think I would. I just can't use it. I run a rig with an i9 processor and an rtx4090. But this crashes immediately upon clicking "Import City Generator". I've reset my computer for this, tried fiddling with settings, played in Cycles and EEVEE, and just can't figure out how to get this to run like in the tutorial with a rig that should handle it.

  Really really promising this is, but for the cost, there is no guarantee it'll work on your system.

  for a beginner this not useful your videos don't help at all its looking like a waste of money
