As the Lite Version of The Infinite Rock Builder is exactly that, a much lighter version, and now that Eevee comes with material displacement, it will work in Eevee, though it takes a little while to load and on older systems, may crash Blender so it's recommended for use in Cycles. On my old RTX 2060, it works in Eevee but is too slow to be workable and is liable to crash. I only ever use any of The Infinite Builders in Cycles.
