To Install: Simply locate the zip, in Blender go to Edit > Preferences > Addons, then top right dropdown select "install from disk", and select your .zip. In the viewport press N, and the sidebar will popup, you will see "ticker", simply expand it, and start creating your animations :)

This is a very simple Add On, compatible with many old version of Blender as it simply utilises the Text functions within Blender, coupled with basic scripts to achieve the animation effects. 

If you are using Blender 5.1, or latest versions after this, it is absolutely 100% compatible as it doesn't utilise experimental features or deprecated code.
