• The product contains the .blend file with embedded textures.
• Textures are 1024×1024 px to keep VRAM usage low.
  
• Textures are from Poly Haven, you can download higher-resolution versions there for free.
• The model is best suited for mid-background use.Close-range use is possible, but it needs some additional work to look good.
• The model quality is not the best, I started learning 3D modeling about 3 weeks before I posted this.

Individually openable doors and windows for creating variations.

Array And Solid Version

Use the array version to add or remove floors. Use the solid version for better texturing.
