  As someone more on the beginner end of the Blender spectrum, this add-on opens up so much possibility. In my experience, there was a little bit of a learning curve to using it, but has been mainly a matter of going thru the documentation and then trial-and-error. The 5 star rating is especially for the support from the developer. I was having an issue where I'd receive an error in Blender when trying to apply the Snowy Mountain shader preset. I sent a message through BM to the developer and got a response overnight that solved the issue. Turned out to be a simple fix of needing to load the blend file in the add-on settings, but hadn't been able to find anything online saying as much. Glad that the developer is so responsive.

  This is a brilliant addon that works as it should. I had a few hiccups (due to my default page having compositing nodes that shouldn't have been there), and the customer assistance was amazing in solving my problem.

  Upgraded from True Terrain 4 Lite and True Terrain Sky Lite as they quickly became increasingly invaluable. TT5 is extremely powerful, versatile package providing all the tools you are likely to need for terrain and atmosphere creation. It is remarkably quick on the M2 Studio. It has a logical and intuitive interface and the support is exceptional. It is very affordable. If you need to create terrains and atmospheres, and want a scatter system included, then this package is the solution.

  I have 3 sky addons . I aboslutely love all of them .In reality , every sky addon offers round about the same things and then of course Blender's sky texture is not bad at all.
  but here is what really makes True Sky special .
  1. AGX and ACES calibration. This may not be a big thing for many users but if the way i have to take my blender plates out to Resolve or Baselight to give it to a Grading artist , the guesswork comes down , no unecessary hard tweaks are needed. So that right off the bat clearly shows that True Vfx team is really approaches their products with Industry level compatiblity and quality of product.
  I really love the night sky setting in True sky , one of my other addons introduces some really strong red shift but this one just makes the sky look beautiful , you can dial in the realism go hyper real(why not ! it's 3d world)
  There are other reviews that already champion this addon and they know much more about this product but from even an intermediate user perspective , this is so good , intuitive and the program also guides you through warning system for eg . if the sun disk is above horizon , it will let you know if you are trying to work on a night scene. These are some really good reasons to TS the edge , look and feel is Top notch.
  Go buy it if you need a really nice professional and ACES and AGX compatible sky system

  What a difference from TT4! I'm not going to go into all the details as there are lots of other very comprehensive positive reviews already. Suffice to say that you don't need to hesitate. This is a seriously powerful but user-friendly addon at a rediculously low price for what it does. Fantastic!

  These guys are super nice! and the discord server is a godsend for keeping up to date on things going on. They are active and hard at work making things better and better! They've helped me numerous times sort out issues to get things right and they've always been super.

  I'm definitely looking forward to playing with this finally released and updated add-on. At first glance - it's just a LOT of stuff for a reasonable price! Thanks TrueVFX for all your help!
