💿 INSTALLATION

  1. Download the ultimate_batch_rename_pro.zip file from Blender Market

  2. Open Blender and go to Edit → Preferences → Add-ons

🚀 QUICK START

  1. Select objects you want to rename in the 3D Viewport

  2. Open the sidebar (press N) and click on the Rename Pro tab

📖 USAGE EXAMPLES

Example 1: Basic Renaming

Task: Rename all default cubes to game-ready assets

  • Find: Cube

  • Replace: SM_Building

  • Add Numbers: ✓

  • Format: _001

  • Result: Cube.001 → SM_Building_001

Example 2: Using Regular Expressions

Task: Remove all numbers from object names

  • Find: \.\d+$

  • Replace: (empty)

  • Use Regex: ✓

  • Result: Object.001 → Object

Example 3: Hierarchy Renaming

Task: Rename character hierarchy

🎮 GAME ENGINE PRESETS

Unity Preset

  • Converts to CamelCase naming
