No. The asset library works in plain Blender with the Asset Browser. The KIT OPS KPACK is an extra for KIT OPS users and works with the free version of KIT OPS.
Yes. The Game zip has every piece as FBX, GLB and OBJ with baked PBR textures (512 to 4096 px), at real-world scale in metres. Tested in Godot 4.7. Not tested in Unity or Unreal Engine.
Yes. You may use the pieces in your own renders, films, games and client work, commercial or not. You may not resell or share the files themselves, alone or in another asset pack.
