ViewNote Pro

ViewNote Pro is a feedback and review system built directly inside Blender. Instead of relying on external notes, screenshots, chat messages, or spreadsheets, comments can be attached directly to the part of the project they belong to.
Feedback can be assigned to individual objects, entire collections, or stored as general project notes. This keeps discussions connected to the scene itself, making it easier to understand what needs attention and where.
Each note includes a status system, allowing feedback to remain open until addressed and marked as resolved when completed. This creates a simple review workflow without leaving Blender.
To provide additional context, ViewNote Pro can capture viewport snapshots alongside comments. These snapshots preserve the visual state of the scene at the moment the feedback was created, making it easier to understand issues, requested changes, or review decisions later on.
For projects involving multiple collaborators, comments can include reviewer names, timestamps, and reference attachments. References help connect feedback to external files, design documents, task IDs, or production notes while keeping everything organized inside the project.
ViewNote Pro also provides visual scene overlays that display feedback directly in the viewport. Objects and collections with active comments can be highlighted, making it easy to identify areas that still require attention without searching through long lists of notes.
