No. These are static mesh assets.

Yes, under the included license. Reselling or redistributing the editable source assets requires express permission.
What should I know before buying?
Hardware pieces are static mounting accessories, not working locks or hinges. Cases are not rigged to open. Materials are Blender adaptations; this is not an exact original-engine shader reproduction.
