Voronezh Koltsovskaya Tower

David Agababyan in Buildings

A detailed exterior recreation of the spired tower at 82 Koltsovskaya Street, Voronezh. The isolated building includes its full shaft, classical cornices, balustrades, upper arcade, metal spire and star ornament. Day and architectural night lighting variants are included. No surrounding wings, interiors or street environment.

Editable Blender source, triangulated exchange exports, procedural PBR texture maps and actual model previews are included. Select the day or night scene for the intended lighting setup.

One independent architectural asset; day/night variants share geometry. 135,812 triangles; 11 materials. Working Blender mesh: 60,116 quads and 15,580 triangle faces; no n-gons. Source/export: 3,145 component meshes, 74,170 vertices before engine splits. Approximate bounds: 17.86 × 17.86 × 70.45 m (Blender X/Y/Z), origin at ground centre. Scale and obscured rear details are reconstructed from photographs, not a measured architectural survey.

12 source PNG textures, each 2048 × 2048: four Base Color, four Roughness, four OpenGL Normal maps. Four Unity Metallic/Smoothness maps and four Unreal DirectX Normal maps are additionally supplied. Seven materials use constant PBR values. AO is constant 1; no baked AO map. One UV channel uses intentional repeated tiling, including coordinates outside 0–1; no unique lightmap atlas or UDIM set. No rig, animation, LOD, vertex colours or photogrammetry scan. This is a detailed landmark for desktop scenes and close views, not a universal mobile-budget asset.

Blender 5.0.1: editable source and explicitly triangulated export; Cycles day/night scenes. Unity 6000.6.1f1 / URP 17.6.0: two real prefabs, two demo scenes, 11 combined material meshes per variant, 207,419 render vertices, five approximate box colliders. Unreal Engine 5.8.3: one Static Mesh with 11 slots, 226,575 render vertices, two actor Blueprints and two maps. Nanite disabled; movable lighting, no baked lightmaps. Engine vertex counts differ because of import splits and tangent/UV seams; triangle counts match. Native engine support is limited to the versions and pipeline tested on Windows.

Night variants contain 89 realtime spotlights. Many overlapping lights are expensive; selectively disable distant or unseen lights for gameplay. The source night FBX also contains the light layout, but exchange-format imports do not reproduce renderer-specific lighting automatically. Each engine has adapted materials and light intensity; the previews are actual Blender renders, while images labelled Unity/Unreal are engine captures.
