No it does not. To texture the cracked part you will need to manually assing a different material (after applying the geometry node go in edit mode and there should be a selection, just invert the selection to only have the cracked part selected and assign a new material to it)

If you had a material applied to your object and it disappears don't worry, there is a wood material input in the geometry node to add it back.
