The overlay isn't showing. What should I check?
Check that it's on for the editor you're in, under the Overlay tab.
There's too much on screen. How do I reduce it?
Turn off the tracking categories you don't need, lower Max Items, or turn on Show Modifiers Only.
Will it slow Blender down?
If you notice any slowdown, turn off the tracking categories you aren't using and lower Max Items.
Can I record it?
Yes. The overlay is drawn in Blender's window, so screen recorders like OBS capture it.
