Addon Translator - Traductor De Complementos - 애드온 번역기 - 插件翻译器
What happens if an addon breaks after translation?
Please use the "restore backup" function in the Addon Translator to restore the addon to its default language and contact me so I can assist you!
Does it work with ALL addons?
No, but it works with most of them. While the Addon Translator underwent ample testing across some of the most popular addons, we cannot guarantee you that it will work with every addon out there. The reason is pretty simple. The Addon Translator relies on scanning and extracting text from addons. While it covers most cases, there are unconventional ways to write code that prove too challgenging to work with. Besides, the Addon Translator does not handle any typos present in the original language.
What if I update an addon, do I need to re-translate it?
Yes, please refer to the 'Addon Update' section in the documentation. You will have to first restore the addon to its original language, delete the back up, update it and only then re-translate.
Are there things this addon does not translate?
Yes, there are. The Addon Translator aims to preserve the functionality of any addon it translates. Therefore, it will NOT translate things such as: - Collection names - Asset library entries - Geo node names - Some menu entries - Material names - Material node names - Any text that is received in real time from the web and displayed on the addon UI
