To keep your workspace clean, the settings only appear when you have the AdvancedWireframe_Container selected. If you click on a different object, the panel will hide its controls.

Yes. If you want to export the wireframe to another software (like Unreal Engine or Unity): Select the AdvancedWireframe_Container. Press Ctrl + A and select Visual Geometry to Mesh. Note: This will remove the ability to change settings later, so do this only when your design is finished!

While the Sidebar gives you the most important controls, you can access the full power of the tool in the Modifiers Tab: Select the AdvancedWireframe_Container object. Go to the Properties Panel (usually on the right). Click the Wrench Icon (Modifier Properties). Here, you will see the Geometry Nodes modifier where you can find secondary settings like "Tube Resolution" or "Custom Profile" if they are included in your version.
