Installation 1. Download ascii_render-0.2.1.zip from your Superhive purchase. 2. In Blender 4.2 or later, open Edit > Preferences > Get Extensions. 3. Choose Install from Disk and select the ZIP file without extracting it. 4. Enable ASCII Render if required. Getting started Choose a character set, palette and color mode, then render a still or an animation sequence. Use the transparency controls when you need subject-only output for compositing. The independent CRT layer can be enabled or adjusted separately from the ASCII conversion. Presets and live preview help you iterate quickly. Compatibility Blender 4.2 or later, tested through Blender 5.1.2. Windows, macOS and Linux. EEVEE and Cycles are supported. No external dependencies are required.
