  I tried to use it on an animal model with few joints, but it didn't work. It seems that it was not my intended use.

  When they said "Quick Rig"...that's exactly what they meant. Rigging a character from CC4 and Human Generator (it has many more pre-sets for other armatures) to use in Blender has never been this easy. It is a seamless addition to Auto-Rig Pro and absolutely worth the price. It's nice to know the mechanics of how things work behind the scene, but once you have a fair idea what is the point of going through the same tedious routine every single time to rig a character. After a while you just need to get about the joy of creating the actual animation and this is the perfect tool to shave time off your workflow. If you are thinking about buying it, just do it.

  If you need to transfer characters from other programs like Character Creator into AutoRig Pro rigs, this addon is such a time saver. You literally select your preset, click a button and boom - you have a working rig ready to be hand animated or re-targeted with motion capture.
  This addon can save you hours, if not days.

  I bought it right away on the occasion of the summer sale.

  I mainly use MMD PMX and VRM format models, but with the birthday gift version of Blender 3.6 and Auto-Rig Pro,
  I was able to get a pretty advanced rig with VRM format presets.

  Also, there was a setting that allowed me to use the original armature at the same time, so I was able to use the SpringBorn preview from VRM-Addon-for-Blender with a bit of ingenuity.

  In the end, I ended up buying Auto-Rig Pro itself (although it's the lite version)...

  サマーセールを機に早速購入しました。

  主にMMDのPMX形式やVRM形式のモデルを利用していますが、
  Blender3.6＆Auto-Rig Pro のバースデーギフト版で
  VRM形式のプリセットで結構高度なリグを得ることが出来ました。

  また、元のアーマチュアも併用できる設定もありましたので
  VRM-Addon-for-BlenderのSpringBornのプレビューも
  工夫次第で利用できました。

  結局、Auto-Rig Pro本体も（ライト版ですが）購入してしまいました…

  Great addon, saved me a lot of time.

  It would be nice if in the future it supported more types of limbs (tail, wings).

  I am on Blender 4.1.1 with latest addon update 1.26.37, but i'm having errors creating the Quick Rig with Import presets for Character Creator.

  The skeleton you use as input may not be compatible with the Character Creator preset. The limbs can be setup manually instead. Please send a support message for further help.

  It Would have been very neat to be able to have more limb choice to be able to link to get a better control like face, wings, face(lie eyes, tongue, mouth, teeths, eyebows, etc), hair.
  Because I have tried using converted MMD model and I was left with too many yellow sphere.

  Works like a charm, even with complex imported rigs like Metahumans. Also the developer is always incredibly supportive.
