Does Box Net Fold Tool support all types of packaging layouts?
No. Box Net Fold Tool is designed for simple box nets with clearly connected panels and a tree-structured folding hierarchy.
Complex layouts such as milk cartons, gusset folds, interlocking tabs, closed folding loops, and origami-style structures are not currently supported.
Why are my assigned materials not fully visible in Live Preview?
Object Mode Live Preview uses a GPU-based preview for faster interaction and does not reproduce the full assigned material appearance.
Disable Live Preview or use Fold All to inspect the material-based preview. The final applied mesh keeps the assigned materials.
Can I edit the box net after applying the fold setup?
Yes, but completing the box net before applying the setup is recommended.
When faces or edges are added in Edit Mode, the fold data is synchronized after returning to Object Mode. Review the Crease values and fold directions after changing the topology.
