Absolutely amazing. Thank you! :)
This is an add-on that I've been searching for a while. Is super useful for my architectural visualization post-production workflow. Thanks for bringing it and for all of your after-sales support, ParametrStudio! I totally recommend it!

Thank You ;)
It was supposed to be built in addon for architect, and now it came out. Thanks ParameterStudio.

That's really nice. We greatly appreciate it. :)
PLEASE NOTE: This addon does not take multiple viewlayers into account.
---------------------------
I dont think the price is unfair but the addon does feel quite sparsely made. It works as described but i had to do some tweaking to get it to work for projects with multiple viewlayers.
Requests:
- Add an option to automatically add a (relative path) file output node for Mat ID or Object ID
- Automatically check for multiple viewlayers and add alpha over nodes accordingly so i dont have to do it manually to make it work.
- Move the addon tab from the 3d viewport editor to the compositor editor. My 3D viewport menu is cluttered with addon tabs which really have no business being in that editor in my opinion. (thankfully i have Simple Tabs to keep me sane)
- Please, randomize the colors on the color ramp node on instancing. Currently an instanced color ramp contains 7 color stops of which 5 are the same color HEX:0055FF for some reason.
- Ideally i'd like the addon tab to contain just one button (like "add Material/Object index to compositor") and have other functions in the addon placed under the preferences settings of the addon.

Good morning,
thank you very much for your comments. Most of them are factual and only thanks to them we have the incentive to improve the Addon, so I'm really happy for them and thank you. Could I ask you to contact us in a message? I would like to ask some details what was causing the problem and we will try to adjust the addon. Moving the addon is a good idea. Likewise file output. The 2nd point with View layers and alpha is at my request. You probably use workflow more for product design or other purposes, and I would like to learn more about that - because we don't use it like that in architecture, and I don't know what exactly is meant by that. We didn't have this problem. Color randomness - always arises from one color and goes through all 255 values clockwise to the same color across the entire spectrum. Thanks to this, there are 1275 different colors in the interval - I wouldn't change that. I am open to discussion and we will try to improve as much as possible. Thanks again ;) Have a nice day
Note to buyer: Works only in Cycles. Absolutely no mention anywhere that this doesn't work in Eevee.

Hello, thank you for the notice.
We highlight in the text that CID runs on Cycles. The output produced by CID is exclusively for use by external software - such as Photoshop. Therefore, it doesn't really matter if you use Cycles, Eevee, or Octane for modeling or rendering. To get a Color Id map for Photoshop, just switch to Cycles. Thank you and have a nice day.
