Can I cache an animation range?
Yes. Set the desired start and end frames, then use Cache All Frames.
Which quality mode should I choose?
Use Max for more detailed previews, High for a balance, Med for lighter previews, and Low for quick checks. Lower quality modes generally use smaller previews.
What is the difference between RAM and disk cache?
RAM cache uses system memory for quick access but is limited by available RAM. Disk cache stores data on a drive and can be more practical for longer sequences, depending on drive speed and free space.
Does CompoCache make every scene render faster?
Not necessarily. It is intended to reduce repeated work when reviewing cached results. The benefit depends on the compositor setup, scene, hardware, and cache settings.
What does CompoCache do?
