Build a working site, a street under repair or an abandoned building project with the same set of props.

The Construction Site Props Kit is 366 realistic objects in 9 families, built one by one at real-world scale. Most objects come in three states: clean (new on site), dirty (mud, dried mortar, cement dust, scuffs) and damaged (cracked barriers, crushed cones, bent tubes, burst bags, dented drums, flat tyres). The damaged state changes the shape, not only the texture. No brands, no tool liveries: every label, sign and stencil is invented.

Formats

• Blender asset library (.blend, Blender 5.2): one catalog per family, previews, procedural PBR materials (painted and galvanised steel, concrete, timber, plywood, woven bags, plastic, rubber, rust) with mud and wear
• FBX, GLB and OBJ with baked PBR textures (base colour + alpha, roughness, metallic, normal), 512 to 4096 px
• Clean meshes, real-world scale in metres, pivot at the centre of the underside; up to 10,000 triangles per object, 30,000 per heap
• GLB files include a convex collision hull for Godot

Showcase scenes: the ground, road and concrete frame are not included; every other object in them comes from the pack.

Tested: Blender 5.2, glTF validator, Godot 4.7 import. Not tested: Unity, Unreal Engine.

All meshes and textures are generated by our own Python scripts in Blender. No image or 3D generator was used. The scripts were written with the help of an AI coding assistant.
